These good transport links have made West Bridgford a popular area for people commuting to work in the city.
West Bridgford is probably most famous for its strong sporting tradition. Nottingham Forest Football Ground has their home here, attracting fans from all over the country. Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club is also based not far from West Bridgford drawing yet more sports fans to the area.
