All GreatMemoryFoam products will be delivered within 7 days of purchase. When we ship your order, you will usually receive it the next day.
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain your shipping confirmation and tracking details for your order.
Deliveries will be made anytime between Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 6:30pm on standard service. The courier will not be able to provide you with an estimation time for your delivery. All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in the UK. We use YUDEL (which is part of DHL) you can visit their website at www.yodel.co.uk
Please note that Highland and offshore deliveries including Northern Ireland will usually take an extra 2-3 working days to arrive.
When the courier brings you, your order and you are not home to receive it, he will leave you a card to notify you when a delivery attempt has been made. He will only attempt delivery two times. To make arrangements for delivery you must call the number on the card on the day that it is left. If you do not call this number to set up a new delivery date, the second attempt will be made the next business day.
