We will endeavour to accept all orders but there may be circumstances where an order can not be accepted. Acceptance of your order will only take place once your order has been dispatched. Our 60 night trial period is deemed to have been accepted upon your placing the order and paying for the product.
Any delivery dates we specify are intended as estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the timeframe advised in the item description, but under no circumstances will we compensate or be held responsible for any cost or inconvenience that may be incurred due to delays with deliveries.
The courier is Tuffnells who will deliver Mon-Fri between 8:30am-6pm. If you are out at the time of delivery you will be left a card with instructions to follow to arrange a second delivery, and if they are not contacted, they will try delivery on the following working day. Tuffnells can be contacted on 0114 256 1111. Due to the size of our items we are unable to deliver to PO box or BFPO addresses. Some items are also carried by DPD and Parcelforce, you will be advised by email as to which carrier is making the delivery.
We ask customers to check items on arrival as you will be asked to sign for them as 'received in good condition'. Damaged goods can be refused at this point or you can note any issues on the delivery note and contact us before opening the item.
We ask all customers to double check their item fully for damage before opening and to contact us within 1 working day of delivery if they believe the item has been damaged by the courier.
Our guarantee only applies to goods delivered to mainland UK. If the goods are removed from mainland UK and you wish to claim under the terms of the guarantee, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Zip-off covers can be washed on a delicate cycle at a max of 30 Degrees celsius and are best if line dried (not Tumble dried). We suggest this is done every 6 months. Please note that the mattresses are Non-turn, quite unlike a traditional mattress. You can as an alternative, rotate from head to toe instead.
If used on a slatted bed frame, then we recommend that the slats are no more than 3cm apart and that the slats be at least 5cm wide. If this is not the case, then a thin board can be laid over the slats to make up for the situation. If a Divan base is used, we recommend that this be solid, ie. without springs.
Please allow for a tolerance on the sizes of the foam products. A 5cm variance in size in memory foam is perfectly normal depending on conditions and room temperature. All items must be released from their compressed state within 2 weeks of delivery or the recovered size may vary from that advertised and will then be excluded from any warranty.
We offer customers a grace period of 14 days from delivery where we will allow you to cancel your purchase and return your unused item(s) for a refund of the full purchase price (including original shipping costs). Please email or write to us if you wish to cancel your purchase within the 14 day period.
You will also be reminded of your right to cancel under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 within your order confirmation email.
The buyer assumes all cost and responsibility for packaging and arranging the return of goods. Please consider the potential return cost before you open your item and allow it to expand. Once a mattress has expanded it cannot be repacked to original size and will be very expensive to return. Expanded returns will be subject to a re-packing charge.
All new memory foam has an odour which will clear gradually over time, once the mattress is being used. This is not a fault and is a normal property of high density memory foam; however, if you find the odour is a problem, please contact us and we can provide advice on how to help it to clear.

All grades of our foam are suitable for use in domestic applications and comply with the requirements of schedule 1, Part 1: The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (Amended 1989, 1993). Technically all of the grades are classified at least ‘S’ according to the fatigue classification set out in BS3379:1991.
